A Moment

For a moment I wanted to start a Laura Branigan cover band. But really, there are only a couple songs and it would be kind of silly. It would be a lot of work for the amount of amusement it would imbue. And besides, the structure of "Self Control" is particularly weird for a pop song.

I have a spectacular amount of paperwork to get through this month. Copyright forms, copies of contracts in .pdf format, making sure that all our t's are crossed and our i's are dotted for domestic distribution of Alien Uprising.

So by the end of this month we are done. And we don't have our next show lined up yet. We simply must shoot 4 pictures this year. I don't have any completed scripts though. I've started working on the outline of a picture in the Battle Angel Alieta range. I also have an old screenplay for another prison planet picture. Maybe we'll specialize in prison planets and forgetful androids. . .

Our new religion, Save the Cat, will do tremendous things for us structurally. But actually getting scripts in is hard. I really don't like harassing people about it.

It is awfully cold outside. Moofff.

Whew, my parents found my orange rugged hard drive. The idea that it had gotten lifted off the train from inside my bag was disturbing. But, as it turns out, that hadn't happened.
