From the Asylum, I presume? They might get sued for this one. "Mockbusters" are one thing, but I don't know if adding an "S" to the end of the name of a well-known movie is going to cut it.
Yeah, I don't know. Titles can't be copyrighted so I don't know what intellectual property laws would apply. They're probably thinking "Sue us, we could use the publicity..." ;-)
My lawyer says we have to protect ourselves: note that we're constantly developing screenplays, we probably have a screenplay like what you suggest in development. Furthermore, if you suggest an idea for a screenplay you're giving us that idea.
