I don't wanna step on any toes, but the narrator just doesn't sound great, and he also says those vague cliche things that indy guys like to say in trailers. ("A city plagued with murder!, A Truth Beyond Imagination!")
I mean, the flick looks like crazy indy fun, but I'd at least take out the announcer and some of that wordage.
My lawyer says we have to protect ourselves: note that we're constantly developing screenplays, we probably have a screenplay like what you suggest in development. Furthermore, if you suggest an idea for a screenplay you're giving us that idea.

I don't really know who the audience is for that trailer. I suspect it's mostly overseas buyers.

Of course, I'd like to see us go back to "In a world where... one man must... against overwhelming odds... (with/for/to save) the one he loves..." ;-)
