It says "Why does this spot on the end of my nose move back and forth over the course of a month?"
Hence my world will never make sense... ;)
We seriously have no idea what that spot is or how she gets it. But it CAN be wiped off (if she'll let you do it.)
My lawyer says we have to protect ourselves: note that we're constantly developing screenplays, we probably have a screenplay like what you suggest in development. Furthermore, if you suggest an idea for a screenplay you're giving us that idea.
