Pandora Machine Handbook -- Finish your movie!
Here's the first episode of The Pandora Machine Handbook -- Making Movies the Pandora Machine Way. It's on finishing, and why you should finish even if you're frustrated.
I know, I get yelled at by our distributor if I post too much stuff about specific movies. Yes, ironically I'm making videos that say "finish it" and my movies keep getting kicked back for reshoots. I think this is an ongoing series. More about sound soon... ;-) Thanks!
My lawyer says we have to protect ourselves: note that we're constantly developing screenplays, we probably have a screenplay like what you suggest in development. Furthermore, if you suggest an idea for a screenplay you're giving us that idea.
Good advice. Even if it's inside something called a "handbook", but I can't find any pages to turn.
ReplyDeleteI couldn't think of a better name and I was thinking about the Guerilla Filmmaker's Handbook. Or something.

ReplyDeleteNow I have a sound byte of Andrew saying "Finish it", worth the price for that alone. :)
ReplyDeleteIt's good advice to boot. So on going series about the micro-budget cinema?
You haven't been posting much on Carbon Copy, you on to a new project or still finishing up CC?
