91 scenes in Day 2. A shocking number of them are exteriors. Typically the EXT shots are fairly short but... what am I going to do if it snows?
Well, it's snowing right now. Snow in NYC looks good for about two hours. Then it looks pretty yukkity. I don't want to be painting out snow.
Now that I think about it, I could have gone out and shot plates yesterday. And they'd be snow free. Duh. That's kinda dumb of me I suppose.

OK, and what is it with people who believe that there are subjects which simply can't be discussed via email? I mean c'mon. And there's certainly nothing which can't be discussed o'er the telephone.

My lawyer says we have to protect ourselves: note that we're constantly developing screenplays, we probably have a screenplay like what you suggest in development. Furthermore, if you suggest an idea for a screenplay you're giving us that idea.
