What would be in the interest of preventing an otherwise formidable instance without the means.
This looks awesome. Who is Ralph Boswell?
He's a guy I made up in high school whom I would credit for stuff. I think he's credited as the writer on this picture. Theoretically I could take a "film by" credit on this picture (I think they're silly but the distributor apparently wants one as it's nice graphically) but I'd rather do it under my own name. ;-)
so the fictional mr boswell gets a credit but no love for tina tanzer? good thing it's a prerliminary then.
Yes, they did an awesome job with the artwork but they don't actually care about our credits - I mean, none of our credits will help sell the movie. But we'll see...
No love for Tanzer. Zippo for me. And both of those things are fine. But: Chris Frederick has second billing? Really? He'll laugh his fool ass off.
It's really not a matter of love. I think what happened is that there's ANOTHER Christopher Frederick they confused ours with. I sent them the credit block but the designer has a lot of room to pick and choose. We do have the right to "consult" and we're doing that right now.
Yes, this is a super badass poster. I love the colors and the composition and the gritty/grainy look. It's better than most of the "Hollywood" posters I saw at the movie theater yesterday.I'm not crazy about the "A John Doe Film" credit either. If the designer needs something to put at the bottom of the poster, why not just "Directed by Andrew Bellware?"
I was going to insist on "Un film d'Andrew Bellware" just like they did in Airplane 2. But then I thought if I could just get my name on there, and maybe the name of one of the actual leads and not a random zombie (although Chris is a great guy) I'd have a win.I'm not a big "A Film By". It's pretentious. But this movie was written and directed by me so it's not as dreadfully insulting to the writers as it could be.Hmm... maybeUn Film d'Andre BelouinNow that has a ring to it. I think the French state should give me a bunch of cash to make films with. I can't be more horrible than the IMF dude...
Yes!I have always wanted to use "Un film de Crewless."
Hee hee!Un film san équipe. Or something. No? ;-)
